Men should not practice yoga. Why?


          All of us, especially men, are always looking for ways to practice a new sport to promote health and toned body, but many people are still unfamiliar to familiar introduction to yoga. There are 5 reasons to choose the method of practicing yoga is good for both mental and physical:


Set for the whole body
